BeatLast — Privacy Policy

BeatLast is a personal workout-tracking app. This policy explains what it collects, how it's used, and the choices you have. We keep it short because BeatLast collects as little as possible.

What we collect

• Account info — your email address, provided when you sign in with Google, Apple, or email/password. With Sign in with Apple you may choose to hide your email (Apple's private relay), which we honor.
• Your training data — the routines, exercises, sets, reps, weights, body weight, dates, and notes you enter, plus settings and your AI Coach chat history.

We do not collect location, contacts, photos, advertising identifiers, or device tracking data, and BeatLast contains no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.

How your data is used

• To run the app — save and sync your training across your devices, and show your history, stats, and progress.
• To power the in-app AI Coach: when you use it, relevant training context is sent to Google's Gemini model (via Firebase AI Logic on Google Cloud) to generate a response. This is used only to answer you — not to train AI models.

Where it's stored

Your data is stored in Google Firebase (Authentication and the Cloud Firestore database), tied to your account, and cached on your device for offline use. Google Firebase is our data processor; see Google's privacy practices at firebase.google.com/support/privacy.

Sharing

We do not sell your data and do not share it for advertising. Your data is processed only by Google Firebase / Google Cloud to provide the features above, and is not disclosed to anyone else except where required by law.

Your choices & deleting your data

You can edit or delete individual workouts in the app (Settings → Your data → Training log). To delete your account and all associated cloud data, use Settings → Delete account in the app — it removes your account and data right away. You can also email us to request deletion.

Children

BeatLast is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

We may update this policy as the app evolves; material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date.
